INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Upon check in, guests will be directly welcomed by us and they will be shown and explained the operation of the house. We will also be happy to provide information with maps and tourist guides on Bellagio and sorroundings. We are always available for any information or request.

HOUSE RULES

No smoking.

Not suitable for pets.

No parties or events.

Check in time is 4pm to 6pm.

Check out by 10 am.

The quiet and the normal rules of behaviour and good neighbourliness must be respected. A 300 euro security deposit is required in cash which will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been verified.

Final cleaning fee: 100 euro in cash.

City tax equal to 1.50 Euro per person per night for a max of 7 nights to be paid upon arrival directly to the host. Children under 10 are exempt.

Minimum staying 3 nights. A banking transfer for the amount of the first night is required when booking to guarantee the reservation.
